On July 26, 2023, United States Air Force (USAF) Major David Grusch gave testimony before a House Oversight and Accountability subcommittee hearing on Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs).
Grusch is a USAF officer and a former intelligence official who deals with the investigation of UAPs (unidentified aerial phenomena). During this testimony, Grusch informed elected officials that the US government recovered “non-human” biological pilots from crashed space vessels.
Before the subcommittee, Grusch argued his testimony is based on information he received from individuals who have long resumes of credibility and service to the US.
He claims many of these individuals sent him and other colleagues compelling photos, official documents, and classified oral testimonial evidence.

He called on Congress to hold the government accountable and conduct a thorough investigation with regard to these claims. Grusch stressed how he was standing under oath and speaking on the facts, as they were presented to him.
Grusch then stated the recovered crafts were accompanied by biologics.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) questioned Grusch about the biologics that were recovered. She specifically asked if these were human or non-human biologics.
Grusch responded by noting the biologics were non-human. He based this on the assessment of people who directly know about the program and are still working on the program.

Back in June 2023, Grusch asserted that unnamed officials informed him the US government keeps covert UFCO recovery programs and possess several “non-human” spacecraft and “dead pilots.”
Last year, Grusch submitted a whistleblower complaint with the US Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) to support his initiative to share classified information with the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
According to Grusch, individuals with whom he has previously talked to expressed concern that American citizens have been killed in a government-sponsored cover-up designed to prevent this information from going public.
