Trump Unloads on "Crazy as a Bedbug" Pelosi

President Trump and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi have maintained a troubled relationship with one another, at best. Throughout Pelosi’s time as House Speaker (and even prior), she’s chosen to run interference in the president’s policies. Americans witnessed this during the government shutdown which took place earlier this year as Democrats refused to grant funds for the Southern border wall.

2019 is almost over and Pelosi is more determined than ever to sabotage this duly elected president. Aside from allowing the bogus inquiry of impeachment to continue, the House Speaker is sitting on the USMCA free trade agreement and refusing to allow a vote on it.

On Friday, President Trump spoke with Fox & Friends and didn’t hold back his censure. According to the Washington Examiner, Trump slammed Pelosi as a failing Speaker and “crazy as a bedbug.”

A Thorough Review of Trump’s Remarks on Pelosi

The president unleashed on Pelosi and the Democrats, stating that the ongoing impeachment inquiry must cause other nations to “think we’re nuts in this country.” Trump also called out the House Speaker’s lack of action on policy, such as her blocking the vote for USMCA.

Branding Pelosi as “not talented” and “highly overrated,” the president furthermore slammed Pelosi for “just sitting” and failing to work for the American people. Trump’s assessment of the House Speaker came shortly after Fox & Friends inquired about his thoughts on this week’s various public impeachment testimonies on Capitol Hill.

At this time, Pelosi has not directly responded to the president’s latest criticism. However, in prior interviews, the House Speaker accused Trump of being an “imposter” and stated that he’s in over his head in the White House. Of course, Pelosi didn’t and couldn’t give any evidence to back her statements; objectively, a duly-elected president who serves in the White House is not an “imposter.”

What’s Next for Trump and Pelosi?

Despite the Democrats’ insistence upon rewriting the outcome of 2016, President Trump remains committed to fulfilling his promises to the American people. This means doing the work in office and continuing to build upon his presidential accomplishments thus far. In the middle of his service as president, Trump is also running for a second term and hosting various rallies and events across America.

Pelosi, on the other hand, continues to do nothing other than waste time with an impeachment inquiry that’s going nowhere. The public testimonies have proven not only that no quid-pro-quo happened, but also that Democrats are desperate and in way over their heads.

At this point, this treasonous sham of impeachment is nothing more than a leftist avoidance tactic; Democrats don’t want any of their terrible 2020 candidates having to face President Trump in a general election.
