When President Biden delivered his very first joint congressional address on Wednesday night, he proved that socialism and big government are the vision he has for the nation. Republicans rightfully condemned Biden’s American Families Plan that would engender massive taxes on individuals and businesses while killing at least 500K jobs per year.

When Biden spoke last night, he neglected to mention the border crisis of his own creation. Many Americans have since speculated that the president’s handlers told him not to draw attention to the national crisis that he created by undoing the successful policies of the Trump administration.

This morning, former President Trump appeared on Fox Business for an interview. Washington Examiner confirms that this latest Trump interview involved his response to Biden’s congressional address last night and much more.

Trump on Biden’s Speech to America Last Night

While speaking with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo, Trump noted Biden’s failure to mention the border crisis in any capacity whatsoever.

The former GOP president then explained that what Biden has going on at the border now carries a serious threat to the nation. Later, Trump noted that the longer the crisis continues, the more challenging it becomes to contain and fix.

After calling out Biden’s ignorance and inaction on the Southern border crisis, the 45th president slammed Biden for seeking to raise taxes on businesses and people. Trump explained that the Democrat president’s tax hikes will do nothing more than send businesses overseas, thus leading to countless lost jobs for American workers.

Will Trump Run for Office in 2024?

This morning, Trump also reiterated that he’s considering running for president again. However, unlike in 2016, Trump stated that he’s additionally considering Florida GOP Governor Ron DeSantis as his running mate.

There has been a lot of talk about DeSantis himself making a run for office in the 2024 election. However, if a Trump-DeSantis 2024 ticket emerges and succeeds, this would pave the way for DeSantis to seek the presidency in 2028.

Many conservatives across the nation are eager for Trump to run for office again. Furthermore, DeSantis has strong support and liking from right-wing America, due to his manner of governing Florida.
