The Senate impeachment trial has been marked with falsehoods and disproven narratives from Democrats.
Leftist lawmakers remain obsessed with saying anything that they believe will engender President Trump’s removal from office. Mind you, this comes after House Democrats sat on impeachment papers for weeks, hoping to manipulate the Senate into conducting their trial in a particular way. Even now, with the Senate trial underway, Democrats continue to lose at every turn as truth and righteousness prevail.

Last week, Trump lawyer Pat Cipollone responded to many of the falsehoods from Democrats. According to Breitbart News, it only took Cipollone a couple of hours to completely eviscerate the strawman arguments and lies which leftist lawmakers are reliant upon.
Reviewing Cipollone’s Rebuttal to Democrats
At the heart of this impeachment sham is the desire to control the outcome of the 2020 election. Democrats are very much aware that removing Trump from office is the only way they won’t lose (again) this fall; moreover, leftists have gone on television and admitted their fears that Trump will win a second term in office if Democrats can’t get him out of the White House.
In a nutshell, Democrats are weaponizing, abusing, and bastardizing the impeachment process for their own political gain. Therefore, Cipollone held the left’s feet to the fire and called them out. The Trump lawyer professed that impeachment is not a “shell game” designed to halt an election. Cipollone then continued, stating that America’s founding fathers always intended for the people to determine the outcome of elections.
Per the attorney’s own words, Republicans will resume their defense of President Trump on Monday.
The Thinnest, Most Rushed Impeachment Sham
As time goes on, the inherent instability and flaws of the impeachment sham will continue to present themselves. Democrats’ claims do not stand, nor are they rooted in reality or truth. The entire basis of these proceedings rests upon an assertion of Trump supposedly forcing a quid-pro-quo with Ukraine.

A simple read of the phone call transcripts clearly shows that no quid-pro-quo happened. Furthermore, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky maintains that Trump never pressured him to investigate Biden. Democrats have wanted Trump out of the White House since he arrived; they’ve been throwing anything which they believe might stick, but it’s not going to work.
Not only will President Trump be acquitted when this is all over, but Democrats will have sealed the fate of their party for many years and elections to come.
