Right now, the outcome of the 2020 presidential election continues to hang in the balance; the integrity and security of the race also remain at stake.
As states count votes — or at least claim to be — reports of poll watchers being barred from watching the tabulation of ballots are rampant. The fact that many Democrats are in charge of the voting apparatus only further adds to the worries of poll watchers not being allowed to observe voting counts.

The Trump campaign has made it more than apparent that they won’t stand for the left stealing this election; this is why Trump’s presidential campaign brought a lawsuit against the Board of Elections in Philadelphia County yesterday, confirms Breitbart News.

The Ins and Out of the Federal Lawsuit

Donald J. Trump for President Inc. hit the Philadelphia County Elections Board with a lawsuit for the latter’s refusal to allow Trump and GOP representatives to oversee canvassing of absentee and mail-in ballots. The lawsuit also maintains that such refusal is a breach of the right to due process and constitutional rights.
Furthermore, this national civil lawsuit comes at an interesting time. Just yesterday, an appellate court in Pennsylvania determined that the Trump campaign is well within their rights to observe the counting of ballots in Philadelphia; this is something that Democrats fought against, a reality that’s quite telling to many Americans.

Following the aforementioned appellate court ruling, the Trump campaign cited it as a victory. Trump deputy campaign manager Justin Clark informed the press that GOP and Trump campaign watchers were currently observing ballot counters and will be able to study “all of the things done to date.”

Will Trump Win Pennsylvania?

At this time, the president of the United States still has a lead over Biden in Pennsylvania. Trump and his team remain confident that they will eventually win the state, hence securing its 20 electoral votes.

However, the ruling from Pennsylvania’s appellate court still doesn’t seem to have gotten rid of all problems. According to ex-Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump campaign aide Corey Lewandowski, Philadelphia is failing to comply with the ruling.
Meanwhile, the Trump 2020 camp states if that all legal votes are counted in Pennsylvania, the president will ultimately get the win.
