The team of lawyers representing President Trump in the litigation of the 2020 presidential election isn’t giving up this fight. Trump’s attorneys are pushing forward with what they claim is widespread evidence of systemic voter fraud.
Thus far, however, many courts are throwing out and dismissing lawsuits. Just earlier this week, judges tossed Sidney Powell’s “Kraken” suits in both Michigan and Georgia; these were cases that Powell promised would bring forth “biblical” evidence of voter fraud and hand President Trump a second term in the Oval Office.

Following these disappointing turnouts, Powell indicated that she’d move to have the Supreme Court hear her cases. Amid this news, however, the Nevada Supreme Court just threw out the Trump legal team’s appeal to have Biden’s win in the state nullified, according to Newsmax.

The Decision of the Nevada Supreme Court

The ruling from the Nevada Supreme Court arrived after a Nevada district court determined the Trump legal team failed to produce “clear and convincing evidence” of voting device manipulations and other forms of election fraud.

This ruling resulted in the president’s attorneys submitting an appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court in the hopes of a different outcome.
However, in the Nevada Supreme Court’s statement, the body confirmed that it remains “not convinced” that the lower district court ruled in error; as such, the rejection of the Trump legal team’s initial case still stands.

Reactions to the Nevada Supreme Court’s Decision

Republicans in Nevada reacted to the state Supreme Court’s ruling with disappointment. Nevada GOP members also maintain that the court failed to give them sufficient time to fully make their case; conservatives in Nevada then slammed the state’s Supreme Court for a “full denial” of appellate rights and due process.

Democrats and Biden supporters, on the other hand, are rejoicing over the ruling of the Nevada Supreme Court. Folks who oppose the president have consistently cheered as various courts dismiss, reject, and toss out lawsuits and appeals brought forward by the Trump legal team.
Folks with the aforementioned outlook have also maintained their argument that the 2020 presidential election was not tainted by voter fraud.
