Recent breaking news from the Washington Times has confirmed what many Americans have expected for quite some time. Christoper Steele, the British author behind the anti-Trump dossier, was in fact hired to swing the 2016 election in the favor of failed candidate Hillary Clinton.
A Closer Look at Steele’s Admission
By Steele’s own admission, the Perkins Coie law firm hired him to challenge President Trump’s victory by asserting that the Trump campaign purposefully colluded with Moscow, Russia to beat Clinton. However, the details get even juicier.
During an interrogation, Steele provided the following intel regarding the job which he was contracted to carry out.
“Fusion’s immediate client was law firm Perkins Coie. It engaged Fusion to obtain information necessary for Perkins Coie LLP to provide legal advice on the potential impact of Russian involvement on the legal validity of the outcome of the 2016 US Presidential election.”
Guess what? There’s more! Steele’s admission continues with additional information:
“Based on that advice, parties such as the Democratic National Committee and HFACC Inc. (also known as ‘Hillary for America’) could consider steps they would be legally entitled to take to challenge the validity of the outcome of that election.”
The Deeper Meaning Behind Steele’s Confession
For anyone who has been paying attention to politics, it’s really no shocker to learn that Steele was employed to contest Donald Trump’s rightful 2016 victory. After all, Democrats threw everything they could at Trump during the election.
First, they called him racist for wanting to enforce legal immigration. When that didn’t work, Democrats then resorted to going after Trump’s supporters. Remember Hillary Clinton’s infamous remarks about “deplorables”?
The truth of the matter is that Democrats will use any trick in the book in their self-defeating quest to take down the president of the United States. They couldn’t beat him in the election, so the Democrats suddenly became reduced to attempting to challenging the validity of Trump’s victory. Like other attempts to defeat Trump, this also failed.
To this day, Robert Mueller’s investigation into alleged Russian collusion in the 2016 election remains ongoing and continues to waste taxpayer dollars. Despite this, neither President Trump nor a single member of his team has been found guilty of colluding with the Russian government.
In all honesty, it’ll be interesting to see what the Democrats have up their sleeves next.
