New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is one of the loudest and most outspoken advocates of mandatory face masks.
To date, the New York governor has countless tweets demanding people to wear face masks. Cuomo has used everything from children to the 4th of July to promote mask-wearing. According to the New York governor, individuals who forego face coverings are not “real patriots.”
As one of the most passionate mask enthusiasts, Americans might believe that Cuomo himself would practice what he preaches and always wear a face covering while in public; nonetheless, reports from Breitbart News confirm that this is not the case.
The New York Governor Caught Maskless
Earlier in the week, images began to circulate online of Cuomo walking his dog. In these images, the New York governor is without a mask; however, interestingly enough, a woman photographed next to him is, in fact, wearing a face covering.

The image above is not an isolated incident; during the New York governor’s travels to Georgia months ago, he was also seen without a mask.
Since the latest images showing a maskless Cuomo out and about, he has not issued any public statements on the matter. Instead, the New York governor is content with continuing to push mask-wearing, despite not adhering to his own calls.
Reactions to the New York Govenor
Critics of Cuomo have not hesitated to hold his feet to the fire.
At this time, many Americans are questioning why the masses should be expected to wear face coverings when leaders don’t even adhere to these guidelines. Furthermore, the images of a maskless Cuomo are surfacing around the same time of another top Democrat being caught flouting coronavirus restrictions.
On Monday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi went to a shut-down hair salon in California to get a professional hair wash and blow out. Pelosi’s trip happened in spite of indoor styling being presently suspended for California salons; meanwhile, video footage also shows that Pelosi declined to wear a mask during her visit.
Nancy Pelosi went into a closed Hair Salon to get her hair done and didn’t wear a mask.

Like Cuomo, Pelosi has repeatedly spoken about the need to “mask up” and do what the scientists recommend. However, it appears that Democrats aren’t holding themselves to the rules that everyone else is expected to follow.
