Whenever the left isn’t getting their way or views themselves in danger of facing a loss, they look for ways to postpone the inevitable.
Americans witnessed this during the 2016 presidential election when Hillary Clinton waited as long as she could to publicly concede to President Trump. Now, the people of this country have a front-row seat to the left’s stalling tactics yet again.

New reports from The Daily Caller News Foundation confirm that the House Judiciary Committee postponed the scheduled vote on impeachment articles. Chairman Jerry Nadler expressed an interest in allowing House members to “search their conscious” before officially and formally casting their votes on impeachment articles.
The Real Reason Behind the Delay
The vote on impeachment articles is now set to take place at 10 AM this morning. Last night, Nadler not only urged House members to “search their conscious,” but also to also consider the events of the past two days.
On Tuesday, Democrats brought articles of impeachment against President Trump, citing abuse of power and obstruction of justice as his damning deeds. However, many House Republicans held Democrats accountable for this, citing the lack of evidence to support these claims. All in all, Democrats know that their crusade to impeach this president doesn’t look good by any means.
The facts are simply not on their side and Pelosi didn’t help Democrats by admitting that the attempt to impeach Trump has been ongoing for 2.5 years. As it stands now, there is a very real possibility that the House may not even get enough votes on the articles of impeachment in order to pass things onto the Senate.
Postponing the Inevitable
Nadler may believe he’s doing the Democrats a favor by postponing votes on the articles of impeachment; however, all that he’s really doing is postponing the inevitable. Either the House will fail to get enough votes to pass matters onto the Senate or they will get the necessary votes and the Senate will acquit President Trump.

In light of the president’s lack of crimes and the left’s lack of evidence to the contrary, the nation is sick of these games. Drawing up impeachment articles and wasting countless resources and hours of time is absurd; Nadler, Pelosi, and all of the other Democrats ought to be ashamed of themselves.
The left must stop abusing the impeachment process simply because they’re angry about the 2016 election results and fearful of the 2020 election outcome.
