Former Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill, a Democrat, made headlines when she said that members of the Republican Party “will not be happy” until rape victims are thrown into jail for taking the morning after pill.

McCaskill is obviously upset about the Supreme Court’s decision to adopt a case that could see the right to legislate on abortion return to the state legislatures. Many other Democrats have expressed outrage over the Supreme Court’s willingness to hear this case.

The case is “Mississippi’s appeal of a lower court ruling” that reversed the outlaw of most abortions “after 15 weeks of pregnancy,” The Epoch Times reported.

McCaskill on Abortion and Republicans

McCaskill described the upcoming case to be heard in the Supreme Court as the “dog catching the bus.”

She then questioned what happens to America’s political climate should the Supreme Court “overturn” decades of procedure and decline to shield “women’s reproductive freedoms” that are in this Mississippi case.

The former Democrat senator then said she doesn’t believe young women recall what America looked like prior to Roe v. Wade.

McCaskill stated that Americans don’t know that Republicans will supposedly “not be happy” until victims of rape are jailed  “for taking the morning-after pill.”

She said this is the “road” the Republican Party is going down. Finally, the former Democrat senator claimed that the Republican Party’s abortion provisions are widely opposed by most of the country.

More on McCaskill’s Abortion Stance

McCaskill, who clearly suffers from delusions, unleashed a stunning torrent of unfounded claims against GOP members.

She said Republicans “will immediately begin shutting down” women’s ability to end pregnancy via restrictions. The former Democrat senator then said Republicans will “keep pushing” these cases until absolutely none exist barring certain states that have legalized abortion. Finally, McCaskill declared that this is what things were like before the Supreme Court passed Roe v. Wade several decades ago.

She later went on to share a thought regarding women who go to Planned Parenthood to get birth control. Per McCaskill, these women will “never know” concerns about unwanted pregnancies.

Additional remarks from McCaskill state that for women who “have never know what that represents in their lives if there is not a safe and legal place to terminate a pregnancy” will suffer from an unwelcome “wakeup call,” McCaskill explained. She then declared that the aforementioned changes will be “a shock to [women’s] systems,” she finished.
