As the 2020 presidential election goes on, it’s becoming more than apparent that the fix is in.
The Democrat establishment has been working overtime to ensure that their handpicked candidate, Joe Biden, wins the party’s nomination. In this week alone, three candidates have dropped out of the race, with the latest being the highly controversial Mike Bloomberg.

The former mayor bowed out of the race roughly 24 hours ago in the wake of a terrible Super Tuesday performance, as documented by Breitbart News. For a while, some Americans wondered whether or not the Democrat establishment would toss Biden aside in favor of Bloomberg, but they did no such thing. As a matter of fact, when the former mayor ended his candidacy, he promptly endorsed Biden.
Bloomberg’s political demise was only a matter of time and there are several reasons behind it.
Why Bloomberg Will Never be President
While there are diverse reasons for the now-former 2020 Democrat’s failed candidacy, some are more prevalent than others. The biggest culprit behind Bloomberg’s lack of success was his belief that he could enter a race so late into the game, toss money around, and magically win the nomination.
To be clear, Bloomberg spent over half a BILLION dollars on a failed campaign, only to then drop out and endorse Joe Biden, a man who Bloomberg once stated had no chance of beating Trump.
The former mayor may have been able to force Americans to ingest his nauseating disinformation ads on TV, YouTube, and other streaming services, but he didn’t excite anyone. All the capital in the world couldn’t help Bloomberg with voters and once he realized this, he bowed out.
Another important factor of why Bloomberg will never be president has to do with his previous comments that resurfaced during his candidacy. The hundreds of millions of dollars that Bloomberg spent didn’t cause people to forget his disparaging remarks about minorities, farmers, and factory workers.
The lofty capital furthermore failed to erase the nondisclosure agreements that Bloomberg bound his female employees to, amidst allegations of sexual misconduct.
What’s Next for Bloomberg?
When announcing the end of his presidential run, Bloomberg vowed to do whatever he can to help Biden get elected. This, of course, entails dumping money into Biden’s campaign and most likely stumping for him on the campaign trails, assuming that the former vice president is the 2020 nominee.

At one point or another, Bloomberg will likely fade from the public eye and go back to whatever he was doing before he ran for president. However, the stains of a failed presidential run and the loss of over half a billion dollars for absolutely nothing will be with him forever.
