Biden Picks a Fight with North Korea

2020 Democrat Joe Biden has faced considerable challenges during what’s now his third attempt to become president of the United States. Throughout Biden’s current campaign, he’s made various gaffes, faced increasing competition from in-party rivals Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, and even struggled with raising campaign funds.

In light of the issues which the former vice president currently faces, his campaign has attempted to brand him as a quasi-moderate candidate who is more electable than his contenders. Moreover, to solve the monetary issues surrounding Biden’s campaign, he’s accepted help from super PACs; it’s important to note that the former vice president was once very critical of PACs until he needed their capital.

Due to the various issues facing Biden’s campaign, getting into a feud with a foreign nation would seemingly be the last thing on his mind. However, reports from The Daily Caller News Foundation confirm that Biden has gotten into a back-and-forth with North Korea after censuring their leader’s relationship with President Trump.

Why is Biden Bickering with North Korea?

Weeks ago, Biden took aim at Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea. Quite simply, the former vice president stated that the foreign leader is a “murderous dictator” and slammed President Trump for sending him “love letters.”

Now, make no mistake: North Korea is responsible for countless human rights violations; however, if Biden were wise, he’d direct his attention towards the issues in his own presidential campaign, rather than the letters he thinks Trump is sending to Kim Jong Un.

Well, it turns out that Biden isn’t so wise, nor did he manage to escape the wrath of the North Korean government. The North Korean Central News Agency responded to the former vice president’s statements by branding him as a “rabid dog” and furthermore warning of “the DPRK’s merciless punishment.”

Then, the publication concluded their assessment of Biden by stating that if he were “beaten to death with a stick,” this would prevent him from hurting people and help the United States.

For Every Action…

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. It’s clear that Biden’s hit at Kim Jong Un was merely par for the course of him censuring Trump; the former vice president obviously also wasn’t expecting the type of response which The North Korean Central News Agency sent his way.

At the end of the day, Biden’s choice to pick a fight with North Korea is a prime example of the toxicity of Trump Derangement Syndrome. The former vice president is running scared because he knows that he stands no chance of defeating Trump in a general election. Biden can’t go one week without mentioning Trump’s name because he is horrified of seeing his presidential aspirations fade to nothing for the third time.

Thus far, Joe Biden also has yet to respond to the previously mentioned remarks from North Korea.

What do you think about the response from The North Korean Central News Agency? Do you think Biden brought it upon himself by unnecessarily picking a fight? Sound off in the comments section below and enlighten us.
