Throughout the 2020 presidential election, Americans have struggled with concerns about Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities. The former vice president repeatedly misspeaks, confuses words, and loses his train of thought while conversing. Not long ago, Biden also became the new target of a sexual assault allegation from former Senate staffer Tara Reade.
All of this spells bad news for Democrats, who are eager to defeat President Trump this November. Their party’s presumptive nominee is up to his nose in scandals, gaffes, and other problems.

This past weekend, Biden didn’t do anything to alleviate the concerns of his party; as a matter of fact, Townhall notes that the 2020 Democrat absolutely botched an interview about coronavirus and its impact on the general election.

The Botched Biden Interview

On Sunday, the Democrat frontrunner sat down with George Stephanopoulos from ABC. When Stephanopoulos asked Biden whether or not he believes Democrats will be able to host their convention later this year, the former vice president gave a curious answer.
Biden maintains that the actions between now and August will determine what happens as far as Democrats’ convention goes. Shortly thereafter, the Democrat stated that Americans must “listen to the Faucis of the world” before declaring “if that’s the case, that’s the case.” At no point did Biden explain the “case” he was referring to.

The Possibility of Mail-In Voting

Later in the interview, the former vice president talked about mail-in voting. However, he also seemed to confuse himself. His statements first began by asserting that voters ought to be able to “proudly display” themselves at the applicable booths.

Then, Biden claimed that Americans shouldn’t send in their votes via mail because undesirable events can take place. Finally, the former vice president concluded his remarks by saying that “tabulated” mail-in votes can cause problems.
