This month, Congress passed the American Rescue Plan. The congressional success of the $1.9 trillion spending bill comes on party lines alone; the White House is even praising the legislation as the “most progressive” in U.S. history. Meanwhile, President Biden claims that the American Rescue Plan is only the beginning of what he has planned for the country.
Republicans worked hard to bring about changes to the American Rescue Plan. GOP lawmakers attempted to include mental health services funding for children; yet, Democrats used their majority to vote this down. Fewer than 9% of the American Rescue Plan is comprised of coronavirus relief; nevertheless, Congress passed the legislation and President Biden signed it into law.
Now, Newsmax reports that the $1,400 stimulus checks in the American Rescue Plan could start arriving in Americans’ bank accounts as soon as this weekend.
What to Know About the $1,400 Stimulus Payments
Yesterday, top officials with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Treasury Department shared some important news about the $1,400 direct payments. These officials informed that stimulus payment processing has already commenced; therefore, Americans could begin seeing these cash payments in their bank accounts as soon as today or tomorrow.

Chuck Rettig, a commissioner for the IRS, explained on Friday that taxpayers may recieve automatic payments at the same time as the IRS’ delivery of tax refunds. According to recent data, 85% of the American public will be in the position to recieve a $1,400 stimulus check.
Meanwhile, checks that do not arrive in bank accounts this weekend should get to Americans within the next several weeks.
Life in Biden’s America
The Biden administration and Democrat lawmakers are touting the $1,400 stimulus payments as something that the president should recieve applause for. In spite of this, many Americans aren’t impressed.
The only thing he’s delivered..,is rising gas and home heating oil prices.. the loss of thousands of pipe line jobs.., the Dems won’t let him have a live press conference .., where he has to take.., and answer questions.., and we all know why..

Some people still remember that Biden once promised $2,000 stimulus payments only to later water them down by $600. Likewise, the stimulus checks from the American Rescue Plan do not offset other adverse impacts of this administration; just a few examples of these adverse impacts include 11,000 destroyed union jobs, higher gas prices, a series of crises at the Southern border, etc.
For many people across the nation, life in Biden’s America hasn’t been going so well. Unfortunately, a good amount of folks believe that situations will worsen before they improve.
